Returns & Exchanges
Gubbins Grotto will not accept returns or exchanges, however if you have an issue with your order, please contact us.
All items have been lovingly hand crafted by our makers so may have unique flaws. This is part of our quest at Gubbins Grotto to show the human and creature touch behind our products.
If an item arrives to you broken or damaged though, please do get in touch.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders will generally be shipped out on Wednesday each week and for larger items tracking will be provided.
We can currently only send to the UK. Please allow for extra time beyond the shipping window, especially during busy postal periods like Christmas.
Privacy Policy
Your personal data, such as your contact and payment details, will stay privately between us and you.
You can separately sign up to our newsletter for Gubbins Grotto and Knights of Pen and Ink updates in the form at the bottom of each page on our website.
Once signed up, you may also withdraw your information from that at anytime, please contact us.
